Winter Wedding Invitation Inspiration

Happy December everyone! We swear it was just yesterday that we were raking leaves in the backyard and now we're listening to holiday tunes while making our December to-do lists. This time of year is for getting together with friends and family and celebrating the joy of the season. All of the warm cozy feelings of the holidays have us dreaming up fun and festive winter inspired invitation designs, perfect for any wedding this time of year!

We love the idea of using beautiful foil colors to highlight seasonal motifs like stars and snowflakes, providing tons of sparkle and warmth to a wintery design.

Using neutral colors (think metallics, grays, and taupes!) and playing around with calligraphy or gorgeous script fonts can really set the tone for the big day. Don't be afraid to add in some pattern and flourishes to create even more visual interest!

Taking cues from nature is never a bad idea and we love how these whimsical trees add an element of fun to this design.

Using a crisp color palette and bold fonts can really make a statement!

We love the idea of adding some pizzazz to your stationery, setting the mood for the vibrant celebration to come! Feel free to also break away from a neutral color palette and have some fun!

A blind printed pattern of snow will really soften the design and create the gentle, peaceful feeling of winter.

We all decorate our homes with various trimmings this time of year so why not add textural embellishments like belly bands to your design? We love a gorgeous laser cut pattern or a cloth band, adding loads of warmth to a classic design.
